  6. No more outstanding debt than $1,000 (student loans and medical bills not included)
  7. No felonies within the previous 7 years
  8. No misdemeanors within the previous 5 years (excluding traffic violations)
  9. No evictions within the previous 3 years
  10. No balance on past rentals over $100
